How can I pay?

With us, you can pay securely and easily using a wide variety of reliable payment methods, including iDEAL, credit cards, and PayPal. All payments are securely processed by our partner Mollie. You can easily choose your preferred method during the checkout process.

Are the prices all-inclusive?

Yes, the price you see is the price you pay. All our prices include VAT, shipping costs, and any transaction fees. No surprises afterwards.

Can I give a subscription as a gift?

Yes, of course. During the ordering process, you can provide a different delivery address. The invoice will be sent to your email address, and the magazines will be sent to the address of the lucky recipient.

Subscription & Delivery

Will my subscription renew automatically?

No, and that is our promise. All our subscriptions are for a fixed period and stop automatically. You are not tied to anything. In advance, you will receive a non-binding invitation to renew. If you do nothing, the subscription will automatically expire.

How is the delivery time of my first magazine calculated?

It takes time to start an international subscription. The indicated delivery time is a one-time startup time for the first issue. After that, you will receive subsequent editions according to the normal publication frequency. After your order, you will receive an email from us with a specific estimate for the chosen magazine.

Our estimate is based on two factors:

  1. Processing time by the publisher: How often is the magazine published? A weekly magazine is processed more quickly than a quarterly one.
  2. International shipping time: Shipping from the USA takes longer than from the UK.

Important: A startup time of 10 weeks does not mean you will receive a magazine that is 10 weeks late. You will always receive the latest issue available at the time the publisher activates your subscription. The mentioned weeks are a generous estimate; in practice, delivery may be quicker.

Example 1 (fast): A weekly fashion magazine from the UK has a short processing time and a fast shipping route. The estimate will be short, for example, 3-5 weeks.

Example 2 (medium): A monthly design magazine from the USA has an average processing time but a longer shipping route. The estimate will therefore be longer, for example, 8-12 weeks.

Example 3 (slow): A quarterly car magazine from the USA has both a long processing time and a long shipping route. The estimate is therefore longer, for example, 12-16 weeks.

Can I receive a subscription at an address abroad?

Yes, for subscriptions, delivery is possible throughout Europe. You can easily provide the desired delivery address during the order.


Service & Guarantee

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase without providing a reason, as long as the first issue has not yet been processed for shipping by the publisher. Please contact us for this, and we will refund the full amount of the order.

What if I receive a damaged magazine or do not receive it?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If an issue arrives damaged or does not arrive, you can count on our full support. First, we will request a replacement copy from the publisher. If that is not possible, we will extend your subscription at no cost. We are your fixed point of contact and will resolve the issue for you.

Do you also sell single issues or digital versions?

Currently, we focus exclusively on offering (international) subscriptions to printed magazines. However, if you have a special request for a hard-to-find title, feel free to contact us. We would be happy to see what we can do for you.

How do you handle my personal information?

We take your privacy very seriously. The information you provide on our website remains with us and is never sold to third parties. We use your information solely to process your order.
